Delete your RubyNav account

You can delete your account at any time, right inside the app. Here’s how it works for customers and partners, and what happens to your data.

Customers

Delete your RubyNav account

    Open the RubyNav app

    Sign in to the account you want to delete.

  2. 02

    Go to Account

    Tap Account, then Delete account.

  3. 03

    Confirm

    Review the notice and confirm. Your account is deleted.

Partners

Delete your RubyNav Partner account

    Open the RubyNav Partner app

    Sign in to your partner account.

    Go to Account

    Tap Account, then Delete account.

    Review the notice and confirm. Your partner account is deleted.

Before you delete

Any open orders, errands, bookings or tasks must be finished or cancelled before your account can be deleted.

What is deleted

  • Your profile
  • Saved addresses
  • Saved cards
  • For partners: uploaded partner documents

What is retained

Records the law requires us to keep — such as payment and transaction records — are retained for as long as legally required, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy.

Can’t access the app? Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity first.
