Purpose of this policy

RubyNav operates a multi-service platform connecting customers, independent service providers, and businesses across Texas. This Content Policy outlines the standards governing content submitted, displayed, or transmitted through the RubyNav platform.

All users must comply with this policy. Failure to do so may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent deactivation.

What is considered “content”

Content includes, but is not limited to:

• Messages sent through the app
• Images or media uploads
• Profile information
• Reviews and ratings
• Promotional material

All submitted content must comply with platform standards and applicable laws.

Prohibited content

Users may not post, upload, or transmit content that:

Intellectual property violations

Offensive or harmful content

Content may not include harassment, hate speech, discriminatory language, threats, graphic or violent material, or sexually explicit material. RubyNav maintains zero tolerance for abusive content.

Restricted product promotion

Content may not promote:

• Weapons (where prohibited by law)
• Unlicensed professional services
• Regulated products without required compliance

Age-restricted items must comply with applicable laws and RubyNav policies.

Review & enforcement

Content monitoring

RubyNav may review submitted content, remove content without prior notice, restrict account access, request documentation, and suspend or terminate accounts. We reserve the right to determine what violates this policy.

Reporting violations

If you believe content violates this policy, please report it through fraud@rubynav.com or the appropriate in-app reporting tools. Reports are handled confidentially.

Repeated violations

Users who repeatedly violate this policy may face temporary suspension, permanent account deactivation, or legal action where applicable.

Limitation of responsibility

RubyNav operates as a multi-service technology platform. Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content they submit. RubyNav does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content but reserves the right to review and remove content at its discretion.
