Independent Providers. Clear Responsibilities.
Partners are responsible for:
- Maintaining safe and roadworthy vehicles
- Carrying legally required insurance — auto insurance for delivery services, general liability for professional services where applicable, and commercial coverage if required by law
- Maintaining required licenses
- Ensuring compliance with applicable Texas laws
- Using appropriate equipment for assigned service categories
Platform-level coverage
RubyNav does not provide vehicles or equipment to partners. RubyNav may maintain limited platform-level coverage applicable under certain circumstances, subject to terms and conditions.
Details regarding any applicable coverage are governed by the Partner Agreement.
Standards & Enforcement
Zero Tolerance for Unsafe Behavior
Professional Service Compliance
Partner Pros must maintain required licenses, comply with local and state regulations, carry required professional insurance, and ensure lawful performance of services. RubyNav reserves the right to suspend or remove providers who fail to meet compliance standards.
Emergency & Incident Reporting
If a safety concern or incident occurs: contact emergency services first if necessary, report the issue through the RubyNav app, and provide accurate documentation. RubyNav reviews reported incidents and may take action under platform policies.
Strict Conduct Standards
RubyNav maintains strict standards regarding fraud, harassment, unsafe conduct, illegal activity, and substance abuse while performing services. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.
